Owner and Chief Executive Officer

David Bull

As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for managing and directing Ark’s overall vision and strategy. David also serves as a Family Office Captain for many of Ark’s valued clients. Glorifying God, creating long-lasting financial prosperity, and optimizing growth have been key focal points to David’s mission as co-founder of Ark over the past 8 years.

After serving as a Financial Advisor at New York Life for one of the Texas region’s most successful books of business for 3 years, David went on to create an industry-leading family office model that promotes simplicity and streamlines effectiveness for Entrepreneurs and their families financial health. This led to the establishment of Ark’s Registered Investment Advisory Firm, with now $100M assets under management, a fractional CFO firm, legal consulting practice, and operational management advisory. David has also been a guest speaker for nationwide accounting conferences, created an in-depth guide to changing financial legislation for business owners during the COVID-19 pandemic, and served as a business mentor for fellow Entrepreneurs in his local C-12 chapter. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, David received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Baylor University. David also served as a missionary and has spread the word of the gospel across Asia and Europe, before meeting his wife Eva and settling down in the Austin area. Outside of the office, David is a nationally recognized disc golfer, avid cross fitter, and enjoys boating on Lake Travis with his 3 children.
