Family Office Captain/Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Mischnick

Kevin serves as a family office captain for many of Ark’s valued clients. And as the Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is responsible for providing strategic guidance to Ark’s vision and plans for growth and oversees infrastructural and administrative challenges. 

Kevin’s strengths are found in times of growth and change and he thrives in operational and administrative challenges. A sought-after counselor for his out-of-the-box approach, Kevin’s 30-year financial expertise has lead to billion-dollar mergers and increased market value for 2 organizations over 10 fold. Prior to this role, Kevin was Director of Business Development at 9Gauge Partners and SVP of Finance for Magnitude Software. Kevin also was Vice President and acting Chief Financial Officer of Valence Technology. A Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Though not originally from Austin, Kevin and his wife Amber got here as fast as they could and have lived here for over 10 years with their 3 children w. When he is not in the office, Kevin is an avid golfer and was a member of the Texas Tech Men’s Golf Team. Kevin still plays and mentors junior players of the sport, building on-course confidence and providing course management skills.
